Blast the same list
Your database gets hammered for every event. Open rates fade, the same people keep showing up, and you stop reaching net-new buyers.
You already have an event, a market you want in the Room, and another event around the corner. ROOMS Fill turns that into an acquisition campaign. We shape the event into an offer your ICP actually wants, activate the audience you already have, run paid media directly to the listing, qualify every RSVP, then work turnout so the right people actually walk through the door.
You can have a beautiful venue, great speakers and hundreds of RSVPs, then look around the Room and realize only a fraction are the buyers, accounts, partners or customers you actually needed there. That is an acquisition problem.

Two hundred registrations sounds great until only twenty match the ICP the business actually cares about.
People RSVP and disappear into an email sequence. Nobody builds rapport, confirms fit or creates a reason to actually show.
The next event arrives and the team repeats the same blast-and-pray cycle instead of compounding pixel data, creative, audiences and attendance intelligence.
I come from performance marketing, not traditional event planning. I look at the whole thing like a conversion funnel. The topic and experience earn attention. The listing converts it. Qualification tells us whether we got the right person. Turn Calling gets more of those people through the door. A compelling event is one of the best B2B lead forms I know because the registration is attached to an experience people actually want.
The polished photo is the visible part. The acquisition system is what created the Room. For the Exit Regrets rooftop panel, I mixed owned distribution, paid acquisition, RSVP qualification and direct calls with registrants. The event reached 51 Going against a 50-person cap. Forty-two people showed.
The same mindset is what I bring to ROOMS Fill: do not ask whether an event is "marketed." Ask how many people from the actual ICP registered, how much they cost to acquire, and how many walked through the door.

ROOMS FillHow a 50-person private founder panel became a filled, qualified Room instead of another blast-and-pray event.
The event offer created the reason to care. Owned distribution, paid acquisition, qualification and Turn Calling created the Room.

Memorable experienceThe goal was never to make the RSVP count look impressive. The goal was to put the right founders into a Room worth showing up for.
The application did more than collect names. It qualified fit, surfaced current obstacles and captured intent before approval, which meant the Fill system could optimize for the people who actually mattered.
Fit tells us who belongs in the Room. Current obstacle and intent tell us who deserves attention before and after it.
The experience still matters because it is the offer we are running traffic to. A weak event cannot be rescued by great media buying. So I will challenge the topic, positioning, format, title or listing if I think the market will not respond. Then I apply the part most event teams are missing: direct-response acquisition and turnout.
Event hosts often think they need a giant production shoot before paid media can work. Usually they already have the raw material: crowd footage, speaker clips, host Reels, attendee reactions, venue footage, testimonials and the moments that prove the Room is worth entering.
Before I started building Rooms, I spent years in direct-response acquisition, ecommerce, Meta ads and outbound. So when I started hosting B2B events, I did not see a flyer and a guest list. I saw an offer, a landing page, audiences, conversion data, creative, a middle of funnel and a real-world conversion environment.
That is the ROOMS Fill edge: combine world-class event positioning with the acquisition discipline used to sell online, then add the human turnout layer most digital funnels never have.
Build the offer. Run the traffic. Qualify the hand-raise. Get the right people through the door. For a standard accepted ROOMS Fill campaign, we agree on the exact definition of a qualified RSVP before launch. If we do not reach 50 qualified ICP RSVPs under the agreed campaign conditions, the ROOMS service fee is refunded.
The client-funded acquisition budget and hard costs are not refundable media spend. The guarantee is on my fee because that is the part I am willing to put at risk.
If the RSVP guarantee is hit but qualified turnout materially misses the agreed attendance target while ROOMS controls turnout, we can structure the next Fill campaign at no service fee instead of treating the relationship like a one-night project.
The guarantee is valuable because it is selective. If your audience is too narrow, the concept is weak, the event is five days away, there is no usable creative, or you are unwilling to fund acquisition, I may tell you the Room is not ready yet.
Are enough of the right people reachable in this market and geography?
Would the ICP genuinely want to attend, or does the concept need to be rebuilt?
Is one qualified prospect valuable enough to justify the acquisition required?
Do we have enough time to test, learn, call, optimize and protect turnout?
Every Room is quoted after I review the ICP, event offer, geography, lead time, creative, existing audience and turnout requirements. I would rather scope the acquisition properly than publish a one-size-fits-all price that ignores how hard the Room actually is to fill.
The core engagement covers the pieces required to turn the event into an offer your ICP wants and then build the acquisition system around it.
The acquisition budget is scoped to the audience, city, target volume and difficulty of the ICP. The point is to give the campaign enough room to test, learn and scale into what works.
Your SDR team can run the process using our scripts and operating system, ROOMS can provide the calling layer, or we can split the work based on account priority.
I have built and hosted high-trust B2B Rooms around shared problems, including private founder panels at UBS facilities in Midtown Manhattan. These listings are the public offer surface. The acquisition, qualification and turnout systems sit underneath them.
Give me the event + ICP. I'll tell you if I'll take the Room.
I will review the event before we talk. On the call, I will tell you what I would change, how I would fill it, and what qualified RSVP target I am willing to put a guarantee behind.Send me the listing, the ICP and what a full Room means to the business. If I believe the event is fillable, I will tell you the number I am willing to guarantee.
